Registration with the Council is a pre-requisite for professional practice and it is also a legal requirement to keep all individual details up to date at all times
Registration Requirements
These are the requirements for applicants registering for the first time who have graduated in previous years. Please ensure that all documents are submitted to the designated email address: (license.rahpc03@gmail.com)
- Application Letter addresses to the Chairperson of the RAHPC
- Copy of ID or Valid Passport
- Resident / Working Permit for Foreigners
- Provide all qualifications from secondary school certificate (notified copies)
- The last three Academic Transcripts
- Equivalence for those who studied
outside Rwanda
- Passport Photos in colour on
a white Background (Good Quality Scan)
- Previous registration and license to practice for Foreigners.
- Criminal record Clearance (Extrait de Casier Judiciaire)
- Bank slip of the registration fee.

Foreign Qualification Holders:
40,000 Frw
· Rwandan Qualification Holders: 20,000 Frw
NB: All documents must be scanned in high-quality color; otherwise, they will be rejected.
